What happened to Naturalizer? The sole feels like a cheap plastic, perfect for slipping in Michigan’s ice and snow. There is also no support in the heel. My heel slipped all the way out of the shoe as I walked. The leather is supposed to be genuine, but it did not feel like it. The leather is hard and inflexible, and it feels like vinyl. This is weird. I have been wearing Naturalizers for decades, and they have always fit perfectly.
