I give up on finding knee high boots. Aside from the fact I keep getting shipped previously shipped and returned boots that are scraped up, there’s always a smell that I think comes from conditioner being applied to them to make them look brand new out of the box. The loose shoe packing and wrinkled up tissue paper is a dead giveaway. I ordered this pair of Rena2’s in the “new color” thinking it would be “new”. It had been obviously repackaged, texture in places felt weird. Additionally the calf on the Rena 2 is larger than the Rena, large gap at the top of the leg. I ordered an 8 wide, foot was fine, upper part of the boot huge. It also cut into the bottom of my knee unlike the Rena.
I won’t order anymore Naturalizer boots. Quality doesn’t match price. Returning.
