they fit very well, i got wide but wish they were a little wider. i work in retail and these are comfy right out of the box for 6+ hours

Comfortable, flexible and with great traction right out of the box.
I was able to wear these for the entire shift instead of switching out my ugly boots into my “cute” work shoes.
The waterproof factor is real, they’re not as warm as I would like. Neither would I wear them long term in subzero weather, but I definitely think they’re worth it!

I am a flight attendant and wear these with my work pants. They’re so comfortable to wear on a 5 hour flight and they don’t look as chunky in person. Highly recommend!

These are the most perfect boot for every-day wear. They’re sexy and comfortable which is the only way to be. I am between an 8.5 and 9, and the 8.5 are perfect with slightly thicker socks.

I was excited to get these boots. They are super cute AND come in Wide Width (which is hard to come across). I was looking forward to them arriving but was bummed when the wide width was not a true wide (perhaps a tad bit wide but it was still tight on my toe box).

I was looking at it everyday with a hope I will get used to it. But I am pretty sure anytime I would wear it I would feel uncomfortable.
It is nothing like in the picture, it is a poisonous shade of brownish yellowing plastic looking color. Such a shame. Shoes themselves are fantastic but color is killing everything positive.

I adore these boots! I’m 5’10” and for the longest time have avoided wearing any heeled shoes for fear of towering (even more) over the average male. Having realized, however belatedly, that my height has nothing to do with anyone else and that I don’t need to shrink myself for the benefit of others, I have been on the search for the perfect black heeled boot. After all that research, I came across and purchased these rather on a whim, knowing I could count on Zappos’ simple, free, and quick return process if they didn’t work out. They did work out, and are pretty much the only thing I’ve worn outside since they arrived. They look great with tights and equally great with jeans. The chunky heel makes them comfortable to walk and stand in, the zipper glides smoothly, and the place where the rim of the shoes hits my ankle doesn’t bother me at all (I’ve always worn socks or tights long enough to cover that area though, so I can’t speak for what it would be like with short socks). These are probably the most expensive shoes that I own, but I feel they are worth every penny, and I look forward to wearing them for many seasons to come (because they are even waterproof!!)

Absolutely gorgeous, but the medium width was too small at the opening once zipped. I never thought of myself as having large ankles, but apparently that’s the case, as least for these. You definitely want room for either socks, or to tuck in your leggings or skinny jeans, and that wouldn’t be possible—the leather was snug-bordering-on-tight at the top. I’ll look at an alternate Naturalizer bootie with a wider opening.

I love these boots but I found that they were to narrow in the toe area and my toes were getting crunched. I went up a 1/2 size and the same thing was happening. I am bummed. Other than that they fit great on the rest of the foot and walking in them was wonderful except for the tightness on the front of the foot. Unfortunately they have to go back.

Color does not match the picture at all. In the picture the toe is a slightly different color. In person the color is uniform and a much different tone than in the pictures. It is a light caramel color.

These shoes were tight in the toe area…they felt like a N or narrow size. They were very very tight for a size 9 wide

Well made, very comfortable for walking, super cute with jeans, warm but don’t make my feet sweat, great color, I have very wide feet (I wear a double wide running shoe) and purchased the wide width and the fit was perfect with a thinner sock

The fit and size were fine. I have a large ankle due to surgery years ago, but there are still areas where the ankle is sensitive. The top of the zipper happened to press on that area. The leather was stiff. I imagine that’s due to waterproofing.

Medium width was fine even though my feet are a bit wide. This is a comfortable all-purpose boot. I wore them all day right out of the box and they are still feeling fine. The style isn’t sophisticated but the heel is pleasingly chunky while the upper is a bit more sleek. The boots have great tread. I think they will be quite versatile.

Fantastic boot that goes with everything! Perfectly comfy and toasty too. Agree with other reviewers that the Ciderspice color leans more orangey than the online photo, but that doesn’t bother me. The boot is gorgeous and perfect for sloppy weather — allows you to look cute even though you’re wearing “sensible” shoes!

These are insanely comfortable boots. I typically walk 4-5 miles a day total to and from work, and even with the 3 inch heel, these are a breeze. They are also warm enough for a Michigan winter, my regular size fits great with wool socks. I wish they had a slightly pointier toe to look dressier with business casual/professional wear, but that’s a minor complaint. Love these so much.

I tromped all over Paris, Cologne and Berlin in these booties (mine are the black patent) this past December. Worn with merino socks, I was warm in the evenings spent at the Christmas markets. They were comfortable and kept me dry. The rubber sole kept me upright although I will say the boot’s a titch heavy. However, I took two pairs of booties, and these were the only pair I wore.

The shoe was comfortable overall but the leather was one single color, no ‘distressing’ or darker tones across the toe. As a result the leather looked to orange and cheap.

I needed a new pair of fall/winter boots and ordered these. These were the only shoes I brought on a recent trip to New York I wore them for 8+ hours a day, all over the city, in the rain and slush with zero issues. The rubbery sole makes them really comfortable and requires no breaking in. The heel height is also perfect to look put together while still being great for every day.

I have wide feet and typically have trouble finding shoes that fit well. These boots in the wide fit are great – very slight snugness in the toe box was eased after a few days of wear. Was pleasantly surprised to see the colour is close to terracotta, not orange. No problems stepping through puddles or losing traction, overall very happy with these boots

Style was cute but very heavy and the shaft hits the shin where it is uncomfortable. Can’t imagine walking in these boots for more than 10 minutes given the irritation on the legs. If they would have put a soft felt material there and with more stretch, it would have probably felt tolerable.
