I should have returned them, but I wore them once and realized I don’t like them at all. Will probably have to try and sell them or donate. They come up really high on the side and rub on my ankle bone, walking to my office from my car was far enough to make me switch shoes. Not comfortable at all.

The topline was digging into my feet a little, near my toes. I used a hair dryer to apply a little heat and stretch it out a bit and that took care of it. Super comfortable after that fix.

I originally ordered size 7.5 W, which I usually wear, but I had to return them for being too big. The return was easy and quick and the replacement shoes, 7.5 M, arrived within a week and fit perfectly.

Honestly, I will most likely buy these shoes in every color. They are SOOO comfortable. They are also not fully pointy nor rounded, kind of in between. I honestly love them.

I wanted to wear these! Sometimes my wide foot fits into a medium width, but sadly not this time. I really appreciate Zappos easy return policy I would give the Style Five Stars, but I don’t want to rate the other features and pull down the review for this shoe. It’s well made, attractive, has arch support, and deserves good ratings. Update: I had to give ratings to be able to submit this review, so Five Stars!

I bought two pairs of this shoe, one black and the other nude. Both pairs state they are leather uppers but neither wore like leather. The “coating” wore off very quickly. Very little wear on the soles but the toes scraped very easily.

I have very wide feet. I purchase D width for sneakers. All of a sudden I thought they must make wide dress shoes. I purchased the Vivianne flat and I am so happy I did. Now I am not embarrassed when I go out for dinner or dress up to go to a play. I am so happy with these shoes and I am no longer in any pain with tight shoes that don’t fit a wide foot. Thank you!

I purchased my first pair last year and they are comfortable (not for walking too far, at least for me). However, they are very attractive; so much so that I purchased 2 more pairs in black leather and one pair in a beautiful compatible English Tea. For me they fit much better than the other flat style that comes in the same color from this brand.

I just bought a few pairs of these ballet flats because I love them so much. I previously bought a pair and wore them out (they still look great 2 years later but have no cushioning left) so I needed to replace them. Since other colors I needed were available and on sale I stocked up. The shoes are a little tight on the top of the foot at first but quickly stretch out after walking for about an hour or so. I bought the black patent leather which is thicker so it was very tight on top. My husband’s feet are the same size as mine but wider so I took his shoe trees out of his dress shoes and put them in my patent flats. It helped but needs to be heated with a hair dryer to loosen them up a little more. They fit fine otherwise. They have very supportive soles and insole padding so they’re really comfortable for walking, and I love their classic timeless style.
