Comfortable insole however the ankle strap was directly over my ankle bone instead of just above it. For that reason, I returned them.

I love the look of these, cute and stylish, and wished they had been more comfortable. I had to return them because the ankle strap was uncomfortable for me. It might be fine for someone else. I also found the fabric too hot to wear in Spring and Summer in Texas. Naturalizer shoes have always worked for me, but not this style.

I love the style of the shoes! Adorable with summer ankle jeans as well as with skirts/dresses. Very comfy. Only problem was with the sizing. Typically, I wear a size 9 with a medium width. I had to go up to a size 9.5 with a wide width to get a better fit.

This shoe makes me feel like a ballerina. 7.5 my ususal size just fits, if the toe part loosens up a bit even better. I think they will.

Cute shoe – the material is very stiff making the ankle strap uncomfortable. I ordered a half size larger, the ball fit perfect but the narrow toe extended beyond my toes. Returning – thanks Zappos for making it easy.

I absolutely loved these. They were cute and super comfortable. Unfortunately, the second time I wore them the seam on the outer part of the left shoe, right by my little toe, blew out creating a hole. Zappos readily agreed to replace them, but I am concerned whether I will have a repeat. We’ll see.

As others have noted, these run narrow. I had to give it a try, but they were right. I had tried to order a wide, but not in stock. Ankle strap did not bother me.

I ordered these in a wide based on the reviews saying they run very narrow. They were definitely not wide. I have a fairly narrow foot, and they fit perfectly. I wanted the extra space of a wider shoe. I put them on with a pair of socks and wore them around inside to stretch them out a bit. If you need a narrow shoe, these would probably work for you.

This shoe arrived with damage to the Velcro closure on the left one. It almost appears to have been melted. Other than that, these espadrilles are really cute, fit great, and are very comfortable

Could’t get the shoes on, they were too narrow even though they were a Wide. I’m afraid of ordering a larger size, since Zappos and Amazon were all out of the Wides. They’re awfully cute, and I wish they fit, but I guess that’s the way the cookie crumbles.

Cute and mostly comfortable, with just enough of a heel height for my preference. The insole was also soft and comfortable. However, I sent these back because I ordered the wide width but they fit narrower than expected (I doubled checked my order and the box and the label inside the shoe to make sure) and felt more like a medium width instead. The material on the upper part of the shoe was soft and I don’t expect it would stretch with wear, so ultimately it wasn’t worth it to me. Bummer, because these shoes had potential!

This shoe looked cute online and I was excited for it to arrive! It was mostly comfortable, and the height was perfect for what I wanted & needed. It was TTS regarding the length of the shoe. Unfortunately (and similar to others’ reviews), it is not a true “wide” width!! The material didn’t feel like it would stretch or give (if it did, I would’ve considered trying to make it work), so I returned it. I have a medium-to wide foot, so depending on the style and the cut/make, I can wear “regular” width shoes but chose the wide size here for a better fit. This shoe has potential if the width was accurate!
