Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, shoe care products, or customized footwear. All sales of these items are final.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Our return process is designed with your convenience in mind:

- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Await approval – Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Package your items securely in the original packaging.
- Ship your return to our address (provided in approval email) using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- Follow the same process as returns, clearly stating your desired exchange item
- We will ship your new item once the return is received and approved
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable
