We carefully prepare each order with the same attention to detail that goes into crafting our footwear:

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want every pair of Fitn Shoes to bring you complete satisfaction. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our refined returns process ensures a resolution as polished as our designs.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, shoe care products, or customized footwear. All sales of these items are final.

Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • Original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Process

Our four-step process ensures your return is handled with care:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when processed

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same process as returns, specifying your desired exchange item
  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved
