Shoes look nice but are not comfortable, these rub above my heel, left a blister. Maybe the pair I received was flawed.

The foot opening on this flat was cut slightly different in the left shoe than that of the right shoe. THis made the left shoe flop on and off when I tried to walk in them. WHen just standing still, there is a clear gap on the left shoe because the opening for the foot is that much wider. Really poor craftsmanship. So disappointing.

I loved the shoe but I need the wider width due to swelling issues and with the lower top it left a gap in the heel. Had to return them.

Very uncomfortable shoes! Left my feet blistered in several areas. Not a true ‘wide’ fit and very narrow across the toes.

Super cute. I wanted to like them but they were uncomfortable. Although they weren’t necessarily too big, my foot came out of the shoe at the heel. Also, the upper hit a part of my foot that was uncomfortable.

I bought 2 similar styles (SOUL Ideal ballet and these Neela) and wore them around my carpeted apartment each for days. These felt slightly more comfortable. I ordered a 9W. Normally I do not order wide, but wanted to compare. Once I committed to these and wore them in the real world I was immediately uncomfortable. Still trying to stretch them out but the big toe + pinky toe are crammed. The back heel was too wide so I added a felt stick-on thing. Very confusing shoe that really should fit based on the size and style. I will wear when I am at work, but not around town. Bummer!
