So close. Love the big , but not ridiculous lug platform. Would have liked to the strap higher but was okay with it where it is. Biggest problem was that I couldn’t adjust the strap tight enough to hold my foot in place, so it kept sliding down towards the toe, squishing my toes and making my heel lift out. XW, and a thicker, higher, buckled strap would’ve made it my dream shoe

These just arrived today and I’ve worn them a bit but no serious walking yet. They are absolutely adorable! I like the maryjane style which are more feminine than the lace up version. I ordered a 7W because my forefoot rides a fine line between normal and wide width and since these aren’t leather they probably will be less accommodating than a leather shoe. I bought the pewter version. Width feels good, glad I didn’t go up 1/2 size like I was tempted to because I have to really tighten the strap to keep my heel from slipping out. A 6.5 would have been too small. The arch support is average and while they are comfortable, I don’t feel like they a “comfort shoe.” They’re fun and stylish but I’m reserving a five start rating across the board to see how the pewter material wears over time. I have a high arch and these don’t cut into the top of my foot, although as mentioned, I have to really ratchet the strap down to keep my heel in the shoe.

These shoes are really big and clunky in person. While wide enough, the verticle height of the interior is really right.
